漫樂的由來，是希望散佈漫畫的快樂，以季刊方式，集合老中青漫畫三代作者為主，加上各行各業擁有漫畫血統的創作者來玩漫畫！
比如：時尚攝影師、髮型設計師、玩具設計者、文字作者、模特兒、藝術家、插畫家、大伙發揮自己的專長用漫畫的特質：幽默、活潑、狂想、大膽、誇張，去重新詮釋漫畫，以新的視覺，呈現出漫畫角色和說故事的方法。
中英雙語對照，是希望將台漫（台灣漫畫）推向國際舞台，結合藝術的巡迴展覽方式，重新包裝創作者，讓長久被忽略的台灣優秀創作者可以為國爭光，散發台漫光芒，重新定位台灣漫畫的位置，未來更希望漫畫、動畫和週邊產品的結合可以推動動漫產業。
各種品牌結合漫畫視覺，也將是漫樂希望合作的目標與方向。
同時也會以報導的方式介紹海外出色的創作者，刺激啟發新一代創作者。
將發揮最卡通、最漫畫的極緻創意，呈現創作連續性的雜誌進化新物種，一個特別的想法和態度，漫畫生活風格新雜誌。

The comic was meant to express pleasure to others and published quarterly. It integrated several creators from three generations and other comic creators in various industries to join the creative works of comic.
Such as : fashion photographers, hair stylists, toy designers, copy writers, models, artists and illustrators. Everyone could display his own distinctive features to create the comic: humorous, outgoing, rhapsody, bold styles to interpret the comic. The characters and stories in the comic could be expressed with a new perspective and vision. The bilingual version aimed to make Taiwanese comic much more
international. With the integration of artistic itinerary exhibitions, the creators could have a new stage to demonstrate their excellent masterpieces so that the Taiwanese comic could be shined internationally and the position of Taiwanese comic could be repositioned.
In the future, it was hoped that the integration of comic, animation, and peripheral products could promote the comic industry.
The integration of various brands and comic vision was also the ultimate objective and direction of comic pleasure.
The overseas outstanding comic creators would be introduced to the public through the media in order to enlighten the younger creators.
Elaborate the ultimate refined creativity of comic. The magazine that displayed the consecutive creation was an evolving material. This was a new magazine with comic lifestyle and unique thought and ttitude.
